What is CallHome Music Festival?
CallHome Music Festival is a two-day celebration of live music, community, and good vibes. Taking place in Lions Park, Brantford, the festival features an exciting lineup of artists across multiple genres, delicious food vendors, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

β’ Friday, July 18, 2025 β Gates open at 4:00 PM (All Ages)
β’ Saturday, July 19, 2025 β Gates open at 2:00 PM (19+ Only)
Tickets & Entry
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online at www.callhomefest.ca
We will have locations with physical tickets posted soon.
Will tickets be available at the gate?
If the festival isnβt sold out, a limited number of tickets will be available at the gate. However, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance to guarantee entry.
What does VIP tickets include?

Both VIP & GA have access to the front of the stage.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets can be transferred to another person if needed. Each ticket has a QR code that can only be scanned once.
You can send somebody your ticket and you donβt need to contact us to let us know.
What if I lose my ticket?
If you purchased your ticket online, you should be able to retrieve it through your confirmation email. If you login to the ticket site and click on the ticket level you purchased, it will tell you that you own tickets for this event and you can access them through that link. We will post a video tutorial shortly after launch to show how to do this.
Are there age restrictions?
β’ Friday, July 18: All Ages β Minors must be accompanied by an adult
β’ Saturday, July 19: 19+ Only β Government-issued ID required for entry regardless how old you are. No exceptions.

What can I bring to the festival?
β Allowed Items:
β’ Small bags (subject to security check)
β’ Water bottles (must be empty upon entry)
β’ Blankets and small folding chairs (in designated areas)
β’ Sunscreen (non-aerosol)

β’ Outside food & drinks (except for medical reasons)

β’ Illegal substances & weapons
Is re-entry allowed?
No re-entry is permitted once you leave the festival grounds
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes! Weβll have a variety of food trucks, vendor stalls, and bars serving up amazing eats and refreshing drinks.
Are ATMs available on-site?
Yes, ATMs will be available, but most vendors accept cashless payments, so bring a card for convenience.
Accessibility & Safety
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, we provide:

What if thereβs an emergency?
Our security and medical teams will be on-site throughout the festival. If you need assistance, please find the nearest festival staff member.
Can I bring my prescription medication?
Yes, but it must be in its original prescription bottle with matching ID.
What happens if it rains?
The festival is rain or shine! Please dress accordingly and be prepared for changing weather conditions.
How do I get to the festival?
π By Car: Parking details will be announced closer to the event.
π Public Transit: Check local transit schedules for routes to Lions Park.
π Rideshare: We recommend using Brant Taxi locally. If you Uber or take a cab, we have a designated drop-off zone available at the front gate.
