Thank you for your interest in being a Marketplace Vendor at CallHome Music Festival 2025.

We’re expecting a sold out weekend again in 2025. This is the opportunity to promote your business to thousands of people.

Please note: Spots will be randomly assigned by our vendor co-ordinator. We don’t offer any premium or guaranteed placements. We will choose the layout that provides the best flow for our patrons.

PLEASE NOTE: PRICE IS FOR BOTH DAYS. There is no single day option available — vendors must be on-site for both days.

Vendor Passes

We include 2 Vendor Passes per space, which gives you full access to the festival for both days. Additional passes will be sold at $50/each. Limit of 10 passes available per space. How many additional passes do you need?

Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that you agree to fill out the required forms and applications from The City of Brantford to be a Vendor and will cover any costs for those applications.
