General Information
What is CallHome Music Festival?
CallHome Music Festival is a two-day celebration of live music, community and good vibes. Taking place at Lions Park in Brantford, Ontario, the festival features an exciting lineup of artists, delicious food vendors and an unforgettable atmosphere.
When and where is the festival?
Location: Lions Park, 12 Edge Street, Brantford, Ontario
Dates and times:
Friday, July 24, 2026: 4:00 p.m. to midnight
Saturday, July 25, 2026: 3:00 p.m. to midnight
CallHome Music Festival is a 19+ event. Valid government-issued photo identification is required, regardless of your age.
Tickets and Entry
How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets are available exclusively through Showpass. CLICK HERE
We do not sell online tickets through any other website or ticketing platform.
A limited number of printed tickets may eventually become available at select local and regional locations. Stay tuned for details.
What does a VIP pass include?
We have upgraded the VIP experience for 2026. VIP ticket holders can enjoy premium access and added comfort throughout the festival, including:
Shared access to the front-of-stage viewing area
Exclusive VIP bars with faster service
A dedicated VIP entry lane for quicker admission
Premium beverage options, including mixed cocktails
Dedicated Washrooms for VIP Section
Access to VIP activations throughout the festival
A special souvenir gift from CallHome Music Festival
Will tickets be available at the gate?
Gate tickets may be available if the event has not sold out.
We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets in advance as tickets will increase at the gate.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person. Each ticket contains a unique QR code that can only be scanned once.
You may send your ticket directly to the person attending in your place. You do not need to contact us before transferring it.
What happens if I lose my ticket?

Are there age restrictions?
Yes. CallHome Music Festival is strictly 19+. No exceptions.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
For those asking WHY we are 19+ — it’s mainly due to the costs of liability insurance and the costs of the required site changes to ensure the safety of underage fans. We have run several years of all ages shows and the truth is, enough kids don’t come to justify the costs.
Festival Experience
What can I bring to the festival?
Allowed items:
Small bags, subject to a security inspection
Blankets
Small folding chairs for use in designated areas
Non-aerosol sunscreen
Prescription medication in its original labelled container
Reusable water bottles (must be empty when coming into the park)
Prohibited items:
Outside food or beverages, except when required for medical reasons
Large backpacks
Glass containers
Illegal substances
Weapons of any kind
Aerosol containers
Any item considered unsafe by festival security
All guests and belongings are subject to inspection before entry.
Will you have water available?
Yes, we’ll have several ways to get water throughout the day. We have several water tents selling ice cold Eska water for $3/bottle. Most food vendors will also have cold water for sale. Due to the extreme heat these days, we’ve added a free water station inside the park as well.
Is re-entry allowed?
No. Re-entry is not permitted after you leave the festival grounds.
Will food and drinks be available?
Yes. The festival will feature a variety of food trucks, food vendors and licensed bars serving food, alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic drinks.
Are ATMs available on-site?
Yes. ATMs will be available on-site.
Most vendors will also accept debit and credit cards, but bringing more than one payment option is recommended.
Accessibility and Safety
Is the festival accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. The festival site includes:
A designated accessible viewing area
Accessible washrooms
Accessible routes throughout the festival grounds
Guests requiring assistance are encouraged to speak with a festival staff member upon arrival.
What should I do in an emergency?
Security, medical and festival operations teams will be on-site throughout the event.
If you require assistance, speak with the nearest festival staff member or security guard immediately.
In a serious emergency, follow all instructions provided by festival staff and emergency personnel.
Can I bring prescription medication?
Yes. Prescription medication is permitted when it is carried in its original labelled prescription container.
The name on the prescription should match the guest’s government-issued identification.
What happens if it rains?
CallHome Music Festival is a rain-or-shine event.
Please dress appropriately and prepare for changing weather conditions. Performances may be delayed, paused or modified when necessary for the safety of guests, artists and staff.
Transportation and Parking
How do I get to the festival?
CallHome Music Festival takes place at:

Is parking available?
Paid parking will be available near the festival.
Parking spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Arriving earlier may provide access to a closer parking location.
Can I take public transit?
Yes. Please check Brantford Transit schedules and route information before travelling to the festival.
Is there a rideshare or taxi drop-off area?
Yes. A designated taxi and rideshare drop-off area will be available near the festival entrance.
Brant Taxi and other local transportation providers may be used. Guests arriving by Uber or taxi should ask their driver to follow festival signage and traffic-control instructions.
